We want you to love everything you order from Wildflower Forge. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To start a return, please reach out through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items such as soaps, skincare, or other personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out so we can help arrange the replacement.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.
